Customer Service Center

Strollers are available in the hallway by the Cookie Store. The cost is $4. We do not offer wheelchairs or scooters. Lockers are available on a temporary basis and are located in the hallway by the Cookie Store and public restrooms in the Food Court.

Both children and adults can enjoy our beautiful, full-sized indoor carousel with authentic wood-carved animals and painted scenes of Summit County landmarks, located in the Food Court at the front main entrance.
Free, convenient and ample parking surrounds the center, making it easy for you to shop anywhere in the mall.
The mall opens for walking at 8AM Monday through Saturday and 10 AM on Sunday.

Restrooms are conveniently located near the Food Court.

ATMs are located in the Macy's Court, near the Center Court Area and across from the public restrooms located in the Food Court.
