Between November 2013 and February 2014, CBL & Associates Properties, Inc. tested a center-wide gift card in partnership with TransCard, LLC and MasterCard. While shoppers enjoyed this service, we also recognized that the gift card program is still evolving. The decision was made to end this test on 2/25/2014. Q: Is the Mall Gift Card still valid?
A: Absolutely, the funds are still active on all cards and are still accepted at any U.S. retailer that accepts MasterCard.
Q: My card was lost or stolen, or it is expired, can you assist?
A: Please call TransCard immediately at 1.800.707.0180. You will need to provide the Gift Card number and other identification information. If records show that there are still available funds remaining on the Gift Card, TransCard will cancel the original Gift Card and send you a replacement Gift Card with a dollar value equal to the available funds on your original Gift Card at the time you notified them that it was lost or stolen.
Q: Where is the Mall Gift Card accepted?
A: The Mall Gift Card can be used at any U.S. merchant that accepts MasterCard, inside or outside of the shopping center (including other CBL locations). Terms and Conditions apply, review the Terms & Conditions that were provided at the time of sale or contact TransCard for further assistance.
Q: Is the Mall Gift Card accepted in Canada, Mexico or anywhere other than a U.S. location?
A: No, the Mall Gift Card is only accepted at U.S. merchants that accept MasterCard.

While shoppers enjoyed this service, we also recognized that the gift card program evolved over time. The decision was made to end our relationship with American Express on 12/31/2012. A: Absolutely, the funds are still active on all cards and are still accepted at any U.S. retailer that accepts American Express.

Q: My card was lost or stolen, or it is expired, can you assist?
A:Please call American Express immediately at 1.877.297.4438. You will need to provide the Gift Card number and other identification information. If records show that there are still available funds remaining on the Gift Card, American Express will cancel the original Gift Card and send you a replacement Gift Card with a dollar value equal to the available funds on your original Gift Card at the time you notified them that it was lost or stolen. Please note that refunds will not be issued for any amount that is debited from your lost, stolen or improperly used Gift Card prior to the time you notify them. Please note that American Express does reserve the right to decline the issuance of a replacement card if sufficient information is not provided at the time of the call or based on additional criteria.

A: Based on consumer feedback, the shopping center has chosen to promote the stores' product as a fee-free option for gifting.
