TIS THE SEASON TO RECYCLE
Our Company embraces environmental global preservation.
Here are just a few simple ways that you can commit to protect the environment and make a difference this season:
Cards: Reuse last year’s cards to make great gift tags.
Shopping Bags: Carry your own canvas bag or reuse shopping bags.
Gift Cards: Give Gift Cards! Avoid the hassle of gift boxes, bags, tissue paper, etc.
Gift Wrap: Wrap gifts in fabric or your own decorated, reused paper. Create special cloth gift bags or decorated boxes that can be reused each year.
Mailing Gifts: If you prefer to mail a gift, reuse recyclable boxes and packing for mailing gifts.
Trees: Purchase a tree that can be planted or mulched afterwards. Recycle your Christmas tree and look for local drop off destinations. Just make sure to not use tinsel or spray your tree with fake snow so you can recycle afterwards. Consider an artificial tree.
Ornaments: Get crafty and make your own ornaments using materials that you normally recycle (e.g. paper towel cardboard rolls, toothpicks or popsicle sticks, old calendar pictures, old Christmas wrap).
Energy: Use a timer on your Christmas house and tree lights to avoid keeping lights on all night.
Parties: Use dishes, silverware and cloth napkins instead of disposable utensils and paper products.
New Year’s Resolution: Make your new year’s resolution to buy recycled products for your office and home.
